Our innovation comes from our desire to expand the boundaries of the high-end bar experiences space, while removing the wall of mixology. We work tirelessly to develop new techniques and remaster traditional practices that result in exceptional, complex cocktails without the wait.

Scarlette Bartending has long standing relationships with Los Angeles city council, Alcohol Beverage Control, and many police precincts to ensure that our events are permitted, your guests are safe, and our staff is TIPS and LEAD certified.
